Please note – to join your 1-to-1 employer meetings on the day of the fairs, you’ll need to head to the ‘Meetings’ tab on the Careers Fair Plus app. There you’ll be able to view all the meetings you’ve booked. Hit the ‘Join meeting’ button when it’s time for your meeting and the employer will let you in. For more information about accessing your meetings on a laptop, watch this video.
Our careers fairs are going digital for 2020!
We’ve got over forty organisations attending both the STEM Fair and the Business Fair, which means there’ll be plenty of opportunities for you to find a placement or graduate role.
The fairs will be held on the Careers Fair Plus app, which you can either download to your phone or tablet, or access via a web browser. Once you’re in, you’ll need to search ‘Aston University’, and then you’ll be able to:
- See which employers are recruiting for placements and graduate roles
- Upload your CV to book 1-to-1 meetings with the employers you’d like to speak to
- Read our tips on how to make the most of our virtual careers fairs.
Meetings will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, so make sure you download the app pronto! More meetings are being added, so do check back if your favourite employer hasn’t added theirs yet.
